Can I change or cancel an order after I've placed it?
Generally, you cannot cancel a confirmed order, but you can return it once you receive the item. Please consult the returns section.
How can I request a custom bag?
To request a customization, you can email us at " coconutbags1@gmail.com " or send us a direct message on Instagram. We'd be happy to help you customize your bag.
How long does it take to produce the bag?
Each bag is entirely handmade. Your order will generally be processed within 3 days of confirmation, ensuring you receive the care and attention you deserve.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment in real time.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe and internationally. Shipping times outside of Italy will be displayed once you've selected the bag's destination country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping generally takes 24–48 hours. For islands and Calabria, it may take up to 48–72 hours.
Can I make a return?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving the item. To return an item, please provide your information to " coconutbags1gmail.com " by completing the return form that will be sent to you.
How does a refund happen?
Once the item has been received back in our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Is it possible to line the inside of the bag?
Yes, you can customize your bag by adding a lining. Email us at " coconutbags1@gmail.com " or send us a Direct message on Instagram, and we'll find the best solution for you.
What should I do if my bag gets stained?
Don't worry! Just use a damp cloth and a little degreaser, dabbing gently at the stain without rubbing. Remember: our bags should not be machine washed.
Are all the sizes standard?
Since these bags are handmade, there may be small variations of a few centimeters. In general, however, we always try to keep all our bags the same size.
What can I do if the clutch spring creaks?
